Billing Agreement

General- I understand billing charges are recurring until I wist to cancel my membership and that my personal information and credit card information will be processed through a SSL 128 secured system. In addition my personal information will always be confidential and never given or sold to any third parties.

Trial Periods - I understand that when I accept a trial offer I must cancel within the trial period to avoid charges. If I do not cancel within the trial period I continue as a member and accept the billing terms and conditions for the plan I chose. I understand that if I wish to cancel I must abide by the cancellation policy and charges policy listed below.

Monthly Billing Option -
I understand using my credit card for the (MBO) option I will be billed every month until I wish to cancel my membership. Therefore, If I signed up on March 10th I will be charged again on April 10th. The amount I will be charged is the amount I agreed to during sign up.

Yearly Billing Option - I understand using my credit card for the (YBO) option my credit card will be charged every year until I wish to cancel my membership. I understand if I signed up and paid for an annual membership on March 10th I will be charged every year on March 10th. The amount I will be charged is the amount I agreed to during sign up.

Cancellation - I understand there are no contracts and I may cancel anytime to prevent future charges, I know to properly cancel I must give 24 hours notice by phone or email prior to my billing date to insure I will not be charged. (choosing to cancel by email, I will include the following : My last name, Username and Password. As a courtesy we ask that you offer a reason in which you chose to cancel to better serve you in the future.

Refunds/Charges - I understand my credit card will be refunded or charged due to any billing errors. I understand if I cancel before my next billing date I will have site access to the date I paid up to but will NOT be refunded for the remaining time. I understand if I do not cancel 24 hours prior to my billing date but cancel within 7 days after being charged Skipcheck.com will retain 25% of the last charged amount for merchant service fees.
