Contact your reporting dealer(s) immediately:
Failure to make all necessary arrangements for payment will result in serious consequences below.

Consequences may include:
Unable to purchase tools from tool distributors. Debt being reported to the three credit beraus, which will show on your credit report and may decline your credit score. Garnished wages. Court appearances, small claims judgments, etc.

Removing your report:
Your report may only be removed upon the agreement by the listing dealer or if the dealer fails to investigate one's disputes.

Inaccurate information:
If your report contains errors. Please let us know and our staff will contact the listing dealer to correct the inaccurate information.

If you dispute the reported information:
Our staff will contact the reporting dealer to require a review of your file, and make all necessary corrections. If upon review you do not agree with any information, your file status will display in dispute and you may add an explanation or comment to your file if you wish. Dealers that fail to comply with the investigation, action will be taken to delete files in dispute.

When using SkipCheck.com, please adhere to the following Fair Credit Reporting Act Guidelines.

• By law you may only report accurate and truthful consumer information. If you are dishonest you will be held liable.

• If a consumer disputes the information you reported, you must comply with the guidelines listed in the link above.

• If you decide not to extend credit or do business with a customer based on the consumer information you received from our database, you must give the customer a printed copy of their file.
